Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical recruiting, healthcare recruiting, executive recruiting, or internal recruiting roles within fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems such as Lever, iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo; familiarity with HRIS platforms like UltiPro or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to effectively present information at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of employment & labor law principles relevant to recruiting practices across various regions.
  • Experience utilizing social media management tools for talent sourcing and employer branding campaigns.
  • Ability to research market trends and leverage data for strategic talent acquisition planning.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.
  • Manage and recruit for 5-10 job requisitions at a time.
  • Make 50+ calls/reach outs per day.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening through phone interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages with hiring managers.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing social media management tools, HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft or UltiPro, and other channels to generate candidate leads.
  • Assist in campus recruitment efforts by building relationships with educational institutions and organizing recruitment events.
  • Support employment law compliance by understanding contracts, employee orientation procedures, and employee evaluation processes.
  • Maintain strong relationship management with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners through effective communication and research.
  • Collaborate with HR teams on talent management initiatives such as succession planning, training & development programs, and employee relations.
  • Engage in cold calling for lead generation purposes to identify potential candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Use HR sourcing tools like Salesforce, ADP, Kronos, or PeopleSoft to streamline recruitment workflows and improve overall efficiency.
