Recruiting Coordinator SUMMARY The Recruiting Coordinator supports the full cycle recruiting process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition Manager, hiring managers, and People team to keep hiring workflows organized, efficient, and compliant while maintaining accurate records and scheduling.

Requirements

  • High School Degree or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Previous experience in Human Resources preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year administrative experience required
  • Previous hotel experience preferred
  • Good written and communication skills required
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred
  • Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones for candidates, talent acquisition manager, and hiring managers using calendar tools and applicant tracking systems
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely communication and a high-quality candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Prepare and distribute interview materials, including agendas, candidate resumes, interview links, and feedback forms
  • Support recruiters with job postings, candidate pipeline management, and hiring activity reporting
  • Partner with hiring managers and People to ensure recruiting workflows remain efficient and aligned with hiring goals
  • Assist with pre-employment processes such as background checks, reference checks, and offer documentation as needed
  • Track and follow up on interview feedback to ensure timely hiring decisions
  • Support onboarding logistics, including coordination of start dates, documentation, and system access requests
  • Handle confidential candidate and employee information with discretion and professionalism
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and internal recruiting procedures
  • Perform additional administrative or recruiting-related duties as assigned to support team objectives
  • Additional People & Learning responsibilities as needed to support office operations
