Responsibilities

  • Training and Development: Dive into our in-depth 12-week training program designed to teach you the ropes of recruitment and how to excel in your role.
  • Candidate Engagement: Interact with potential candidates from various job platforms, reviewing applications, and identifying talent.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule phone interviews with candidates and our recruiting team, gaining hands-on experience in how the recruitment process works.
  • Phone Interviews: Conduct engaging phone interviews with candidates, where you’ll put your communication skills to the test and help us find the right talent for our team.
