Requirements

  • 1+ years in a customer service industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
  • MS Office proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and interview applicants
  • Help prepare candidates for first day on the job
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails in English and Spanish
  • Support recruiting team in ensuring client satisfaction
