As a Recruiter Coordinator at Solace, you’ll be the linchpin that keeps our high-volume recruiting engine running smoothly. You’ll manage scheduling, candidate communications, and logistics for interviews, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and interviewers alike. You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to coordinate complex schedules, manage applicant tracking systems, and streamline workflows. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on organization, loves process optimization, and takes pride in keeping operations seamless in a fast-paced startup environment. This role is primarily remote, but does require occasional travel to our Redwood City office (1–2 times per month for 3–5 days at a time) to support onsite interviews, coordinate candidate flow, and ensure everything runs smoothly. There may also be periodic travel to our Philadelphia or Austin locations for onsite support and operational alignment. You understand that even small errors in scheduling or candidate experience can ripple through the organization, and you take pride in your meticulous attention to detail. This role reports directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition. Healthcare in the U.S. is fundamentally broken.
