The Recruiting Coordinator supports full-cycle recruitment for both non-exempt and exempt positions across an assigned portfolio of hotels within Omni Hotels & Resorts. This role plays a key part in the organization’s transition to Dayforce, ensuring a smooth, consistent experience for candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams. The position partners closely with the Shared Services Center and field HR to drive efficient, compliant, and technology-enabled hiring processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in high-volume recruiting or recruiting coordination required
  • Experience working with or transitioning to a new HRIS/ATS platform (Dayforce preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (iCIMS and/or Dayforce preferred)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment and support system/process transformation
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage job postings within Dayforce, ensuring roles are accurately posted and distributed across internal and external job boards
  • Maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system, including candidate communication, status updates, and dispositioning in alignment with new Dayforce workflows
  • Support the transition from legacy systems (e.g., iCIMS) to Dayforce by following updated processes, identifying gaps, and escalating system or process issues as needed
  • Track and manage applicant flow logs to ensure compliance with company standards and OFCCP requirements
  • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate pre-screens to assess qualifications and alignment with role requirements
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews through Dayforce, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams
  • Facilitate pre-employment processes including background checks, employment verifications, and onboarding documentation within Dayforce
  • Prepare and issue offer letters and initiate new hire onboarding, including I-9 processing, through the Dayforce platform
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and evolving system-driven processes during the transition period
  • Partner closely with field HR teams to support hiring needs and provide guidance on updated Dayforce recruiting processes
  • Assist with system adoption efforts, including testing, feedback, process documentation, and training support as needed
  • Support additional recruiting projects and process improvements tied to the Dayforce implementation
