About The Position

The Recruiting Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating a high volume of interviews for candidates, ensuring speed and efficiency throughout the recruitment process. This role involves collaborating with recruiters, sourcers, hiring partners, and various cross-functional groups to enhance the candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in calendar management and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Experience with high volume calendaring, managing 100+ interviews weekly.
  • Hands-on experience with GoodTime is mandatory.
  • Experience in the tech industry.
  • Provide a comprehensive list of specific tools each candidate has experience with.
  • Overview of how many interviews the candidate is currently managing per week.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate a high volume of phone, video conference, onsite, and in-person interviews with speed and efficiency.
  • Work with recruiters, sourcers, hiring partners, and cross-functional groups to arrange all details pertaining to candidate experience, including scheduling, booking rooms, submitting travel details, and tracking candidates through the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Arrange and manage the entire candidate experience during in-person onsite visits by booking interview rooms, greeting candidates upon arrival, escorting them to interviews, providing necessary breaks and lunches, giving office tours, and walking out candidates as necessary.
  • Travel between various office locations to ensure in-person onsite interviews are conducted in a timely manner.
  • Help manage relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, providing an exceptional candidate and interview experience.
  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality both internally and externally at all times.
