Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms (preferred)
  • Prior HR or Recruiting experience (preferred)
  • Experience working with customers - internal and external (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience managing pre-employment screens and maintaining related confidential data (preferred)
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and manage pre-employment activities by effectively communicating with candidates, recruiters, and vendors, ensuring accurate and timely completion of necessary steps
  • Maintain regular communication between new hires and recruiters to ensure a streamlined process
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to provide a service-oriented experience to various stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with vendors in a professional and courteous manner, promptly addressing any process-related issues, procedures, or one-off challenges that may arise during the recruitment process
  • Utilize Workday effectively throughout the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion, respecting company and candidate confidentiality and ensuring data security
