About The Position

Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise. We’re looking for a highly organized and candidate-focused Recruiting Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person will play a critical role in delivering a seamless interview experience while partnering closely with recruiters and hiring teams to keep processes running efficiently.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (startup experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse (or similar ATS), Google Workspace, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential information
  • A positive, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to take on ad hoc projects and contribute wherever needed

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and interviewers throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate and schedule virtual and onsite interviews, including managing travel, accommodations, and reimbursements as needed
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and key stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Recruiting team, etc.), ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Host candidates onsite and ensure a smooth, high-quality interview experience
  • Support Recruiting Operations projects and initiatives to improve processes and efficiency
