We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our small but mighty Talent Team to own all virtual and onsite scheduling. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting our Head of Talent and Recruiting Ops Lead in managing & optimizing everything associated with candidate interviews. We’re looking for someone attentive to details, collaborative, and process-oriented. In this role, you’ll work with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to schedule interviews and guide candidates through the process. It’s a fast-moving role with real ownership and visibility. Requirements

1 - 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, people operations or a fast-paced administrative role.
Extreme attention to details to spot inconsistencies before they become issues; double-check schedules, and ensures every candidate email, link, and calendar invite is accurate.
Ability to multi-task - juggle dozens of candidates and interview loops at once, prioritizing ruthlessly and context-switching smoothly all the while moving fast to ensure candidates are moving through the process swiftly.
Service mindset when communicating with candidates to ensure the highest quality of candidate experience.
Passion for both people & AI to deliver top human candidate experience while using AI tools thoughtfully (e.g., drafting comms, summarizing notes, detecting scheduling patterns) to work smarter and scale impact.
