About The Position

We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help deliver a thoughtful, high-quality experience to every candidate who interacts with Cartesia. This is a foundational role on our Talent team and a great opportunity to help shape our hiring culture from the ground up.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or a similar recruiting operations role
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication — clear, friendly, and proactive
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort with tools like ATS platforms (e.g. Ashby), Google Calendar, and Slack
  • A team player who cares about people and candidate experience

Responsibilities

  • Own interview scheduling across all of our technical and non technical teams, as well as multiple time zones
  • Act as the point of contact for candidates. This role requires you to deliver timely updates and a responsive candidate experience
  • Coordinate onsite and virtual interview logistics, including travel and agendas
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep processes running smoothly
  • Track candidates in our ATS and ensure data is accurate and up to date
  • Help refine and document recruiting processes as we scale
  • Support employer brand efforts, recruiting events, and candidate-facing communication
