About The Position

Life Space Digital is reshaping the out-of-home media landscape through the deployment of smart digital screens in high-traffic office, multifamily, and retail environments. Our platform delivers content-rich experiences and targeted advertising directly to building occupants and visitors — starting in elevators, lobbies, and shopping center concourses. Backed by an experienced leadership team and aggressive growth targets, we are scaling across key U.S. markets with a focus on speed, precision, and long-term value for our partners. We are looking for a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator who is ready to help us scale with a focus on speed and quality. As a critical member of the People team, you’ll play a central role in building teams that drive our startup’s success. You will have full ownership of the candidate experience, keep our recruiting operations running smoothly, and ensure every hire reflects our core culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, people operations, or a fast-paced administrative role (startup experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills—you’re professional yet approachable, and you know how to represent a brand that candidates will love.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with sharp attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly (experience with ATS systems like Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby is a bonus).
  • A proactive mindset—you anticipate challenges and are eager to jump in with creative solutions.
  • Thrive in dynamic environments where priorities can shift quickly and collaboration is key.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interviews, manage schedules, and maintain a seamless recruitment process.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring journey, ensuring transparency and a high-touch experience.
  • Manage our applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep everything organized, current, and efficient.
  • Draft and post job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, helping them feel welcome and set up for success.
  • Support talent initiatives, events, and projects that strengthen our recruiting efforts and company culture.
  • Identify and help implement process improvements to keep us agile as we scale.
