Jimerson Birr, P.A.Jacksonville, FL

About The Position

You're the one who notices what others miss. The calendar conflict that could have derailed an interview. The onboarding packet that wasn't quite right. The social post that needed just a little more polish. You take pride in doing things accurately, completely, and well and you get genuine satisfaction from knowing your work made someone else's experience better. We are actively seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition and Development team. This is a HYBRID position in Jacksonville, Fl. Our team is seeking a teammate who is equal parts organized executor and creative culture builder. This isn't a background role. You'll be a visible, valued contributor; interfacing with candidates, firm leadership, vendors, law school partners, and new hires and leaving your mark on how this firm attracts and retains top talent! What You’ll Do This role is the operational and creative backbone of the recruiting function. You'll keep things moving, keep things accurate, and help make Jimerson Birr the kind of place top talent wants to join and stay and build their career. Employee Experience, Culture & Onboarding Help build the kind of workplace people brag about. You'll support onboarding programs and culture initiatives, coordinate orientation sessions, and ensure every new hire's first days set them up for success. You'll create materials that promote engagement, support recognition programs and feedback surveys, and track experience metrics to help the team continuously improve. Culture isn't just an initiative here; it's something we actively build, and you'll be a key architect of that effort. Employer Branding Tell our story , and tell it well. You'll develop employer branding content including employee testimonials, blog posts, and video content that showcases Jimerson Birr as an employer of choice. You'll manage job board postings, social media presence, and career fair materials, ensuring everything is accurate, on-brand, and professionally designed. If you have a creative eye and enjoy crafting content that connects with people, this is your canvas. Campus & Summer Associate Recruiting Play a central role in managing the firm's law clerk, intern, and summer associate programs year-round. You'll own calendar coordination for these programs, a significant and detail-intensive responsibility, while helping maintain relationships with law school contacts and ensuring a seamless candidate-to-hire experience from first contact through onboarding. Vendor & Partner Coordination Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, contract labor vendors, and offshoring partners, as well as culture and events vendors and partners. Administrative Support Keep the recruiting function running without a hitch. You'll manage the Director's calendar, handle correspondence, prepare recruitment documents and reports, and maintain records of candidate profiles, onboarding materials, and vendor contracts. You'll be the connective tissue between the Director, hiring teams, candidates, and external partners and your reliability will be what everyone counts on.
