About The Position

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day. You'll assist the team with various responsibilities to help bring top talent to the organization. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education and experience required.
  • One to two years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience needed.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills required.
  • Intermediate level MS Office Skills; Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT, and Teams.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High level of sense of urgency.
  • Must be able to maintain discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and Interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Post new positions to external and internal job boards.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ICIMS) to ensure data accuracy.
  • Update various documents as needed (job descriptions, recruiting forms, reporting, etc.).
  • Schedule and organize interviews with various departments (including multi-site), working directly with candidates and Hiring Managers.
  • Provide interview confirmation details to candidates and Hiring Managers.
  • Escort candidates to and from onsite interviews.
  • Provide sourcing support to the recruiters.
  • Review and manage new hire offer documents and work with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Assist the recruiting team in miscellaneous projects and other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
