Job Overview: We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator that will manage the administrative and logistical aspects of the Talent Acquisition department. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will ensure smooth interview scheduling, clear candidate communication, and seamless coordination between candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or HR support
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of planning strategies and solutions
  • Highly proficient in financial planning software and computer software, including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Actively engages as a team member
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Client first attitude
  • Occasional travel may be required

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the recruiting team, helping drive an efficient and well-coordinated hiring process.
  • Assist with the screening and initial outreach to candidates to help assess qualifications and interest, as needed
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews or introductions as needed
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assist with posting job openings and monitoring application flow
  • Prepare interview materials and collect timely feedback
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and confidentiality standards
