About The Position

Our Operations Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of the company. This role requires someone who is an organizational guru, works effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possesses great communication skills, can shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoys the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. Requirements

  • 1 year of recruiting coordinator or coordination experience
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arrange travel for visiting candidates when necessary.
  • Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirm new hires.
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
  • Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report.
  • Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials.
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
