The Role As a key contributor to team growth at K2 Space, you'll assist our recruiting team with scheduling, coordination, and ensuring an overall positive candidate experience. You’ll be empowered to help provide solutions and continue refining our recruiting processes, rather than serving in a pure coordination capacity. Your daily responsibilities will include managing end-to-end interview scheduling, guiding candidates through the interview process, and delivering a world-class candidate experience. This is a full-time, on-site position in Torrance, CA.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator in lieu of a degree
- 1+ years' experience in recruiting operations, HR coordination, or an administrative role in a fast-paced or start-up environment

- Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse

- Experience scheduling a high volume of interviews and meetings with nuanced availability and requirements
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end scheduling of all candidate interviews
- Partner with recruiters to provide exceptional candidate support and ensure smooth execution of onsite interviews
- Guide candidates through the interview pipeline with clear and frequent communication to candidates and hiring managers
- Coordinate candidate travel and handle associated expenses, as necessary
- Streamline processes to elevate the experience for both external candidates and internal stakeholders
