About The Position

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in our recruiting team, ensuring a seamless and best in class hiring process from start to finish. You will manage scheduling, logistics, and communications, collaborating closely with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates. By owning the candidate-facing details that shape perception of our brand, you’ll help “blow our candidates’ minds” and support Box’s business goals and growth. This role is perfect for someone passionate about people and customer service, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in experience coordination, guest services, talent experience, hospitality, people operations, or program management
  • Organized with a passion for processes
  • Detail-Oriented and patience are critical working with so many different people and timezones
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage many concurrent priorities and shifting timelines
  • Ability to work effectively both in person and remotely, across time zones
  • Proficiency with calendar and collaboration tools, virtual meeting platforms, and document collaboration systems
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; adapts quickly and remains composed under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate complex phone, virtual, and in-person interviews across multiple time zones ensuring all invitees have everything they need for the interview and are setup for success
  • Escalate and resolve conflicts proactively
  • Build & maintain strong partnerships with multiple recruiters, hiring teams and candidates in order to drive an efficient & effective process
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and good judgment in order to maintain first class candidate experience
  • Serve as a subject-expert in all Recruiting-related tools including as Greenhouse, ModernLoop, Google Calendar, etc
  • Attend and engage in weekly stand ups, team meetings, manager 1:1s
  • Collaborate team projects, at both the local and global levels
  • Host onsite candidates in our RWC office by greeting them, providing an office tour, and preparing them for their interviews
