We’re looking for our first onsite recruiting coordinator to join our growing talent team. This person must have strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail to help streamline and support all stages of our hiring process. This role improves candidate experience, ensures efficient scheduling and communication, and helps maintain a consistent, high-quality recruiting workflow. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to coordinate interviews, manage logistics, maintain accurate data, and keep hiring operations running smoothly.
