This position reports to the Head of Lateral Recruiting, and in strategic collaboration with our Lateral Associate Recruiter. The Coordinator helps to identify and source top talent for our banking teams. This role has the potential to progress to full recruiter responsibilities over time, with demonstrated success in the Lateral Recruiting Coordinator role. This is an in-office role. Light after hour email usage expected.
