Summary/Objective The Recruiting Coordinator performs a variety of secretarial and clerical services in a timely manner as related to the applicant flow to assure an efficient and orderly flow of operations. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Normal hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required as needed including evenings and weekends. E ssential Functions Answer telephones and take messages. Interview a high volume of candidates daily . Assist with candidate orientations, to include background checks, drug screens and all E-Verify tasks to successfully onboard employees. Ensure proper applicant flow process for the department is maintained . Coordinate all administrative tasks assigned to the site. Order supplies for the office and maintain proper 5 s compliance. Oversee data entry into the system for the department. Ensure the process flow for the quality system is maintained . Assist the Staffing Specialist as needed, including correspondence, scheduling of interviews, and file maintenance. Advance to the highest level of quality through continuous improvement of the service delivery system and strive to exceed customers’ expectations. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Customer sites sometimes include process manufacturing equipment and heavy power industrial vehicles. Environments may vary from non- temperature controlled environments to GMP clean room . Physical Demands This position may require the following to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to lift 5- 20lbs periodically and 50lbs on occasion Ability to stand/walk for up to 4 hours Ability to climb stairs multiple times a day Ability to sit for up to 4 hours Travel Travel is not for this position.
