Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from start to finish.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage interview logistics, calendars, and candidate communications.
• Prepare interview materials, briefing documents, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned ahead of interviews.
• Track candidate progress and maintain accurate data within the ATS, ensuring timely updates and reporting.
• Support recruiting operations and special projects, including onboarding coordination, process improvements, and ad hoc hiring initiatives.
