About The Position

GTI designs, engineers, and manufactures complex modular systems supporting energy storage, power generation, data center infrastructure, defense, and advanced manufacturing markets. As GTI scales multi-site operations, disciplined recruiting coordination and structured talent research are critical to maintaining hiring velocity and candidate experience. GTI is seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support full-cycle recruiting operations through advanced scheduling coordination and structured talent research. This role partners closely with Senior Recruiters and Hiring Managers to manage complex interview logistics, build candidate search projects, and support sourcing initiatives. The Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining hiring momentum, especially when coordinating across multiple time zones and travel-heavy leadership schedules.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or administrative scheduling roles
  • Experience coordinating complex calendars and multi-interviewer scheduling
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or sourcing platforms
  • Ability to build and execute basic Boolean search strings
  • Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, departments, and time zones
  • Manage complex calendar coordination for hiring managers, especially during travel periods
  • Prepare and distribute interview confirmations, agendas, and candidate materials
  • Build structured LinkedIn Recruiter searches and candidate projects based on recruiter direction
  • Develop basic to intermediate Boolean search strings to support sourcing campaigns
  • Assist in talent mapping initiatives and candidate pipeline tracking
  • Maintain applicant tracking system accuracy including interview stages, notes, and candidate communications
  • Send candidate communications including scheduling, follow-ups, and status updates
  • Track interview feedback completion and follow up with stakeholders
  • Assist with job posting distribution and refresh strategies
  • Support reporting on recruiting KPIs including time-to-schedule and interview volume
  • Maintain structured documentation of sourcing projects and research initiatives
  • Assist with offer coordination and documentation preparation
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through organized, timely communication
