About mpathic The Role This role is the operational backbone of recruiting at mpathic. You ensure candidates move smoothly through the process, hiring managers stay organized, and recruiting runs efficiently during periods of rapid growth. This role creates leverage for the recruiting function by removing friction, improving candidate experience, and keeping hiring momentum high. What You’ll Do Post and manage job openings across platforms Coordinate interview scheduling across candidates and interviewers Screen resumes and support early-stage candidate review Maintain ATS accuracy and candidate communication Track interview feedback and ensure timely decision-making Partner closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition to keep hiring on track Identify operational gaps and improve recruiting workflows What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of recruiting coordination or recruiting operations experience Experience supporting hiring in hyper-growth environments Strong attention to detail and follow-through Clear, professional communication with candidates and teams Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once Seattle-based Compensation & Benefits Base Salary (US): $60,000–$80,000 Benefits: We offer 100% company-funded health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees.
