Latitude is headquartered in Pittsburgh with engineering centers in Dearborn, Mich., and Palo Alto, Calif. Meet the team: The People Operations (POps) team is responsible for managing the end-to-end employee experience and infrastructure needed to maintain a transparent and inclusive culture. From hiring, to creating competitive benefits packages, to overseeing our process for employee career development, to performance management and retention - the People team plays a critical role in cross-functional alignment and the overall management of the employee life cycle. This contract will be 12 months in length and located in Pittsburgh, PA.

Requirements

  • Bachelorʼs degree in a Business related field. In lieu of a Bachelorʼs degree, an Associateʼs degree in a Business related field with two years of employment experience or a High School Diploma or GED equivalent with four years of employment experience required
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative/coordination experience in a fast growing organizations
  • Advanced experience working with Greenhouse (ATS)
  • Strong knowledge of G Suite products
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Excellent business acumen and strong written and oral communication skills
  • Customer centric mindset to support the hiring needs of engineering teams
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work cross functionally to formulate solutions quickly by using knowledge and resources

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers and other key partners to coordinate interview scheduling
  • Assist candidates with travel arrangements and reimbursement to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Be the main point of contact for candidates interviewing across all sites and remote locations
  • Provide prompt, courteous and accurate customer service to candidates, hiring managers and other internal partners
  • Partner with recruiters to maintain data integrity within our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a healthy pipeline and to ensure candidates receive timely responses
