This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations. The Recruiting Coordinator Lead is responsible for managing a team of recruiting coordinators, overseeing the scheduling and coordination of interviews, and assisting in project management related to recruitment efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational and leadership skills, who can optimize recruitment processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination or related roles, with at least one year in a supervisory or lead capacity.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiting coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of recruitment activities.
  • Oversee the scheduling of interviews, ensuring a high quality of candidate and interviewer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to streamline recruiting processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead recruitment-related projects, including process improvements and implementation of new tools or systems.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Occasionally assist with the scheduling of interviews and other recruitment logistics as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.
