Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related administrative role
  • Organized & detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Tech‑savvy, comfortable working with ATS platforms, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office
  • People‑focused, friendly, and committed to delivering an outstanding candidate experience
  • Professional and discreet, able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Team‑oriented, proactive, and attentive to detail

Responsibilities

  • Candidate Management: Communicate with applicants, schedule interviews, and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process
  • Administrative Support: Post job openings, manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and handle recruitment‑related paperwork
  • Screening & Vetting: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and verify qualifications and references
  • Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers, book interview rooms, and prepare interview materials
  • Onboarding Assistance: Help new hires with orientation and documentation to ensure a smooth start
  • Event Support: Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, and internal hiring initiatives
  • General Support: Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting & HR team as needed
