Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in recruitment.
  • Familiarity with standard hiring practices, including interview scheduling and onboarding processes.
  • Strong computer and desktop skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience using social media for professional or job promotion purposes.
  • Basic proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
  • Willingness to work outside the primary office location, including on-site at client facilities and job fairs.
  • Preference for candidates residing in Southern Puerto Rico to support proximity to client locations and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified candidates for all open positions.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and administrative tools to manage recruitment activities.
  • Work with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) as required.
  • Perform recruitment support duties, including scheduling interviews, updating calendars, answering phone calls, and monitoring emails.
  • Create, update, and remove job postings across multiple platforms and service requisitions.
  • Collaborate closely with Recruiters to maintain candidate databases, reports, and internal systems up to date.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms, including social media, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
  • Assist Recruiters with candidate screening by conducting reference checks and verifying qualifications and experience.
  • Support Recruiters in candidate follow-up activities, including shortlisting, callbacks, and sending rejection communications.
  • Resolve interview-related issues promptly, such as cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Assist selected candidates with the onboarding process, including document preparation and coordination of orientation schedules.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
