About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Recruiting Assistant to support our hiring and talent acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow a career in human resources or recruiting while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of administrative, HR, or recruiting experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused

Responsibilities

  • Assist recruiters with job postings, candidate sourcing, and resume screening
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with onboarding paperwork
  • Support recruitment events, job fairs, and hiring initiatives as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the recruiting team
