The Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist plays a key role in supporting Palmer Holland's recruiting and new-hire experience. This role will source and engage top talent, coordinate the interview process, and ensure each new employee's onboarding experience reflects our values and culture of employee ownership. This person will work closely with the Talent & Development Manager, HR Manager, and hiring teams to deliver a consistent, professional, and engaging candidate-to-employee journey.
