The Onboarding & Recruiting Coordinator supports both the onboarding and recruiting functions across multiple locations and business entities, with a primary focus on onboarding execution, accuracy, and compliance and secondary support for recruiting operations. This role works closely with the National Recruiting Manager, onboarding teams, and hiring managers to ensure new hires are onboarded efficiently, consistently, and in compliance with federal, state, and company requirements while supporting recruiting workflows as needed. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple processes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
