About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to manage the full life cycle recruiting process for a diverse range of roles. This position requires you to support corporate, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and facilities-related positions, owning the hiring process from requisition intake through offer acceptance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and full cycle recruiting.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions, with 40-80 reqs per recruiter.
  • Experience working on a variety of skillsets including corporate, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and accounting.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable with manual work processes without AI-driven tools.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to manage a minimum of 40 requisitions at a time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full life cycle recruiting for a high volume of requisitions.
  • Support a mix of corporate, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and facilities roles.
  • Own the hiring process from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
  • Post jobs, source candidates, conduct phone screens, and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Partner closely with HR and hiring managers on compensation analysis and alignment.
  • Conduct background check initiation and follow-up as part of the hiring workflow.
  • Schedule candidate interviews by coordinating recruiter and candidate availability.
  • Manage requisitions across multiple locations including Rancho Bernardo, Poway, and Torrey Pines.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the BrassRing Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and shifting requisition portfolios.
  • Work in a highly manual recruitment environment without automation or AI-driven tools.
