About The Position
As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in identifying top healthcare talent. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and clinical teams to ensure our workforce is staffed with skilled professionals.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of high-volume recruiting
- Familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing or credentialing is a plus.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Post and manage job listings for clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
- Coordinate interviews with department leads and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Assist with reference checks and background screenings.
- Track candidate progress throughout the hiring process and provide timely updates to department leaders to support informed hiring decisions.
