About The Position

As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in identifying top healthcare talent. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and clinical teams to ensure our workforce is staffed with skilled professionals.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of high-volume recruiting
  • Familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of healthcare staffing or credentialing is a plus.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Post and manage job listings for clinical and non-clinical roles.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
  • Coordinate interviews with department leads and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist with reference checks and background screenings.
  • Track candidate progress throughout the hiring process and provide timely updates to department leaders to support informed hiring decisions.
