Job Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for security personnel, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. This role ensures compliance with hiring standards and contributes to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies tailored to the unique requirements of the security industry. The Recruiter serves as a key point of contact for candidates, helping to guide them through the hiring and onboarding process, while collaborating closely with Operations, Corporate Recruiters, and HR to drive workforce engagement, readiness, and retention.
