The Recruiter is responsible for managing a high-volume requisition load across multiple markets, ensuring consistent candidate flow and timely movement through the hiring funnel. This role partners closely with hiring managers and field leaders to support staffing priorities, deliver a positive candidate experience, and meet time-to-fill goals. Success in this position requires strong sourcing capability, effective communication, and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Recruiter will maintain accurate ATS documentation, provide regular pipeline reporting, and proactively build talent pipelines to support both immediate and ongoing hiring needs.
