About The Position

As a Recruiter, you will play an important role supporting TreeHouse Foods' operations, based out of the corporate office in Oak Brook, IL. This position involves supporting full-cycle hiring for the Supply Chain organization, with a specific focus on quality, EHS, and R&D roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop talent pipelines, ensure efficient hiring processes, and provide a positive candidate experience. The role offers the chance to utilize creative sourcing strategies, engage passive talent, and influence hiring outcomes within a dynamic and evolving environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for manufacturing, supply chain, or technical roles (Quality, EHS, R&D preferred)
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles
  • Strong experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office tools
  • Working knowledge of OFCCP, EEO, and recruiting compliance practices
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting in both the U.S. and Canada
  • AIRS Certification (CIR or CDR)
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for Supply Chain roles, including quality, EHS, and R&D
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and hiring plans
  • Build and maintain proactive pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill skillsets
  • Deliver a strong candidate and hiring manager experience as a brand ambassador
  • Track and communicate recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress
  • Using data and market trends to support hiring decisions and improve outcomes
  • Ensuring compliance with all recruiting policies, processes, and regulatory requirements
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and talent strategies
