About The Position
We're building the future of personalized fitness. That starts with the right team. AlterMe is in a high -growth phase. We're scaling our Fitness Advisor team across the Salt Lake area and we need someone who can find the people who'll make it happen. If you know how to identify sales talent, move fast, and care about quality over quota -filling, read on. You'll own the recruiting pipeline for our Fitness Advisor (sales) roles — sourcing, screening, and moving candidates through the process efficiently. This isn't a post -and -pray role. We need someone proactive who builds pipelines, not just applicant lists. You'll work closely with our leadership team to understand what great looks like and filter hard for it.
Requirements
- Prior experience recruiting for sales roles
- Ability to effectively tell the AlterMe story and attract desirable candidates
- Strong sourcing skills — LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, local networks
- Clear, direct communicator with candidates and hiring managers
- Based in or near Lehi, UT
- Able to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Experience with fitness, health, or wellness products
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Zoho)
- Local Salt Lake market knowledge
