In this role, you will: Source, attract, and recruit qualified candidates and manage all stages of the recruiting process for the following teams: Business Operations Business Development Nuclear Supply Chain Government Affairs Regulatory Operations Partner with Technical Recruiter to support technical and project-based recruiting processes as necessary. Develop a strong understanding of the mission while learning how to effectively pitch the team and opportunity, ultimately closing exceptional technical talent for the organization. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, track requisitions, and build effective hiring strategies. Recruit qualified candidates to support Zeno’s commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and functional competencies. Conduct screening and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidate alignment with Zeno’s mission and culture. Collaborate closely with Zeno’s leadership team to understand organizational goals and workforce planning needs. Partner with the Recruiting Coordinator to ensure an excellent candidate experience and a smooth interview process. Track and analyze recruiting metrics to monitor pipeline health, hiring timelines, and overall process efficiency. Develop and execute outreach strategies, leveraging job boards, professional networks, and partnerships with universities and industry organizations. Represent Zeno Power at career fairs, networking events, and other external engagements to strengthen our employer brand.
