Polygon US is seeking a driven Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across the organization. This role will collaborate with hiring managers and people leaders to attract, evaluate, and onboard the right talent that reflects Polygon’s values and ambition.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing multiple open roles concurrently
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a service-oriented industry or with decentralized teams
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles — operations, sales, finance and administration
  • Onboard candidates from offer acceptance through first day of employment (DOT regulations, background checks, I-9's, etc.)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Source and engage talent using diverse channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake)
  • Screen candidates for fit with both role needs and Polygon’s culture
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate data and activity in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
  • Support initiatives to improve employer brand and candidate experience
