We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in identifying and onboarding qualified candidates. This role involves screening resumes and applications based on specific guidelines, scheduling interviews and drug screens, and coordinating New Hire orientations using a scripted process. Maintaining accurate records of recruiting activities is also a crucial aspect of this role. Responsibilities Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Schedule interviews, drug screens, and manage other hiring process communications. Organize New Hire orientations following a scripted process. Maintain detailed records on recruiting activities. Allocate approximately 75% of time to screening, calling, or emailing candidates and 25% to sourcing and screening. Perform other duties as required. Essential Skills Minimum of 6 months of Manufacturing Talent Acquisition experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication and listening skills. Ability to multitask effectively. Target-driven approach. Familiarity with recruiting software. Experience in full-cycle recruiting. Background in human resources. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment. Work Environment The work hours are from 8am to 4pm with some flexibility. There is a potential for occasional remote work, though it is not anticipated frequently. There may be rare occurrences of job fairs on Saturdays. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Clyde, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
