About The Position

The Recruiter provides administrative and recruitment support by coordinating end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection support for open positions across Trinity Health. This role partners closely with hiring leaders and HR colleagues to identify talent needs, recommend qualified candidates, and support timely, well-organized hiring processes. Working within a collaborative Human Resources team, the Recruiter contributes to a positive, professional experience for both candidates and hiring leaders through clear communication and responsive coordination. The position operates in a supportive, team-oriented environment where organization, attention to detail, and collaboration are essential to success.

  • Requires excellent computer skills and experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • The Recruiter requires the ability to perform administrative and data focused duties, including sitting for 6–8 hours per shift with intermittent standing and walking; frequent keyboarding, data entry, and report preparation; and fine motor skills necessary for handling documents and using office technology.
  • Adequate vision, hearing, and communication abilities are essential for safely and effectively performing job responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors in Management, Marketing, or other healthcare associated degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years recruitment/HR experience strongly preferred.
  • Preference may be given to applicant with experience in placement or staffing agency.
  • Healthcare experience helpful, but not required.
  • Interviewing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruitment activities, including posting positions, sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Partner with hiring leaders and HR team members to understand workforce needs, develop recruitment strategies, and support selection decisions.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely updates and a positive candidate experience.
  • Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and related tools to maintain accurate candidate and requisition data and to generate reports as needed.
  • Support recruitment events, career fairs, and other outreach activities to build candidate pipelines.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to recruitment processes, metrics, and candidate experience.
