As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you’ll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier ® . More about our team The Recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting; recruiting, screening and recommending placement by using varied sourcing methods (internal and external). The Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting corporate positions. How you’ll contribute A Recruiter who excels in this role: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing needs to support Lifepoint’s overall strategic growth goals. Manage entire recruiting lifecycle in compliance with Lifepoint standards to include but not limited to: position posting, sourcing, Applicant Tracking System activity, resume screening, interviewing, feedback management, hiring recommendations, offer presentation and negotiation, and internal transfer process. Partner with individual hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs as well as to ensure compliance with federal/state laws and regulations. Additional requirements include: 3 + years of recruiting experience Healthcare recruiter experience preferred Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems required; Oracle Fusion preferred. Requirements

• Applicants are required to have a bachelor’s degree.
• 3 + years of recruiting experience
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems required; Oracle Fusion preferred.
• You must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
