About The Position

Securitas is seeking an outstanding full-time Recruiter to join their team in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career within the company. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting security officer positions and performing various HR administration functions. Securitas' mission is to protect homes, workplaces, and communities by providing essential security services, safeguarding clients' assets and people. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age
Must have reliable means of communication & transportation
Must have the legal right to work in the USA
Must have the ability to read, speak and write English
Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug and background

Responsibilities

Recruiting – Phone screens, interviewing, job offers, & internal transfers
Assists with new hire training and orientation
Participates in hiring events
Maintains personnel files
Performs various HR/Administrative duties
Provides District Manager Support
