Generate Sustained Profitability Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team and support full-cycle recruitment across multiple manufacturing sites. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to identify staffing needs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the hiring process from application through onboarding. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a positive candidate experience, maintaining compliance, and supporting hiring goals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting, and thrives in a flexible, ever-evolving talent landscape.
