Why We're Hiring We're scaling from 50 to 100+ employees over the next year, with aggressive hiring plans across Engineering, Product, and GTM. We need a recruiter who excels at sourcing, pipeline building, and candidate management to support our rapid growth. The Role You'll own sourcing and top-of-funnel recruiting, building robust pipelines and managing candidates through the interview process. You'll report to our CEO and focus on finding great talent, engaging passive candidates, and ensuring exceptional candidate experience.
