Why We're Hiring We're scaling from 50 to 100+ employees over the next year, with aggressive hiring plans across Engineering, Product, and GTM. We need a recruiter who excels at sourcing, pipeline building, and candidate management to support our rapid growth. The Role You'll own sourcing and top-of-funnel recruiting, building robust pipelines and managing candidates through the interview process. You'll report to our CEO and focus on finding great talent, engaging passive candidates, and ensuring exceptional candidate experience. Requirements

  • 3+ years recruiting experience at startups or high-growth tech companies
  • Strong sourcing skills - proven ability to find and engage passive candidates
  • Experience managing large pipelines with multiple active searches
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building
  • Highly organized - manage scheduling and follow-ups without dropping balls
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and problem-solves independently

Responsibilities

  • Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, JuiceBox, YC, and creative outreach
  • Build and maintain healthy pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct initial screens to assess background, motivation, and role fit
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the process - scheduling, updates, feedback
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and ideal profiles
  • Track sourcing metrics - response rates, pipeline health, candidate quality
  • Coordinate interview logistics and keep ATS organized
