The Recruiter is responsible for developing and maintaining all recruitment advertising, including leveraging social media channels and proactively mining talent databases. This role involves representing the organization at various events such as job fairs, educational institutions, and community gatherings. Key duties include responding promptly to candidate inquiries, coordinating interviews and tours, and providing daily updates on interview statuses, screenings, and new hires. The Recruiter will also schedule selected candidates for onboarding and orientation with the HR Generalist. The position requires a working knowledge of current recruiting and HRIS systems, strong communication and computer skills (including platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook), and the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Additionally, the Recruiter will assist with other duties within the Human Resources office as needed.
