About The Position

Our Human Resources team partners closely with leaders across the organization to support business growth by attracting and hiring talent in a fast-paced, technology-driven fintech environment. We collaborate with teams throughout the firm to meet hiring needs while ensuring a smooth, organized, and efficient recruitment process. We are looking to bring on a Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in St. Petersburg, FL. In this role, you will assist with sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process across multiple teams. You will partner closely with the recruiting team and hiring managers to help identify strong talent and ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience working in a recruiting or talent acquisition role
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing schedules and multiple priorities
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates for open positions
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with potential candidates. Assist in conducting interviews and assessments
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-volume scheduling of interviews which includes gathering availability, sending calendar invites, facilitating logistics and confirming and distributing schedules
  • Update and maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or database
  • Contribute ideas and participate in activities aimed at enhancing the company's employer brand to attract top talent
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as drafting offer letters and facilitating onboarding processes
  • Ensure compliance with government-regulated employment documents
  • Coordinate with IT and Facilities team on equipment set up and first day on-site details
  • Maintain employee personnel files to ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality
  • Assist the HR Team with ad-hoc tasks as needed
