Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, this in-office role is essential to driving successful hiring outcomes and will involve supporting the full recruitment process, including initial candidate screening, interview scheduling, implementing process improvements, supporting manager training, and tracking key data to ensure efficiency. We’re looking for someone eager to grow within Talent Acquisition, motivated to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and committed to creating a smooth and effective internal recruiting process.
