What started as a student startup now operates across the country, distributing 2 million pounds of food every week (100 million pounds annually) to thousands of community partners nationwide. Now we’re seeking individuals to join our team who can deliver with excellence, raise the bar, and are (above all) passionate about making the world a better place. Sharing Excess is growing fast - and we need the right people to keep pace with the mission. This part-time, full-cycle recruiter owns the end-to-end hiring process for priority roles across operations, programs, partnerships, and HQ support. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to define what “great” looks like, build consistent and human candidate experiences, and help us hire faster without lowering the bar. This role is a builder role: you’ll improve systems, templates, and reporting while filling roles.
