To date, the company has raised $35 million of equity capital. TEAM & ROLE We are searching for an exceptional Recruiter to join the small but mighty Talent Acquisition team at Benepass. You will be the second dedicated recruiting hire, working side-by-side with the Head of Talent Acquisition to build our company as we continue to scale our modern benefits platform. This is a true generalist role, where you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for a diverse range of openings, including key roles across Engineering, Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance. This role is ideal for a bold, high-agency individual who thrives in the dynamic environment of a startup. We need someone who is self-motivated, operates with a strong sense of urgency, and takes deep ownership of their process.
